Cayla Callaway

Cayla Callaway started out as a Performance Academy student in 2014. She came to us as an advanced piano and voice student. It was instantly obvious that her talents and maturity level were well beyond her years and she possessed all the characteristics we look for in an instructor. We invited Cayla to join our staff in 2016 as a voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele instructor. Cayla studied under and was mentored by our own Chelsea Pilgrim. She graduated as a disciplined homeschooler enrolled with the McKinney Area Christian Homeschool program and was a “Green Cord” recipient for her countless hours of volunteer work in the community.

Cayla is no stranger to live performance. She is an accomplished singer songwriter that has been mesmerizing audiences since the age of 13 at local venues and festivals in Collin County. Cayla is also currently a member of the praise and worship team at Church 1132..



Cayla works well with students ages 8 to 15. Her enthusiastic and passionate approach to teaching creates an atmosphere of motivation and confidence for her students. Cayla can teach beginning to advanced piano, beginning to intermediate voice, and beginning guitar and ukulele. She is also an excellent instructor for composition and songwriting.



Cayla is available for lessons Fridays and Saturdays.
